About the Position:

This is a senior leadership role that oversees research projects, conducts research activities, and fosters client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To manage and execute research initiatives, leading teams to ensure timely progress updates to key stakeholders.
  • To conduct research tasks, including designing surveys, creating questionnaires, and developing specifications, conducting pilot interviews, and facilitating meetings with clients.
  • To establish client connections and drive business expansion through marketing efforts and identifying potential business opportunities.
  • To provide effective guidance to colleagues and lead teams to promote strong teamwork.

Requirements:

  • A strong academic background in any subject and/or relevant professional certification.
  • 2-4 years of experience in research or a related field within a professional services organization.
  • Healthcare knowledge or experience is highly beneficial.
  • Solid project management skills, excellent communication skills, and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic coaching skills and proficiency in computer applications – Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
