Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Product Development Engineer II to join our team at Phenompeople Private Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining long-term technical architecture to support our SAAS offering, leading and directing product development efforts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define long-term technical architecture to support SAAS offering
- Lead and direct product development efforts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and growth
- Develop and maintain technical documentation
- Identify and prioritize product development initiatives
Requirements:
- 4-7 years of experience in software development
- 2+ years of leading development teams
- Strong experience with React JS/Angular JS, HTML, CSS
- Experience in defining architecture and leading teams in design & development
- Experience with Cloud (AWS and Azure) deployments
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Eye for design aesthetics and attention to detail with a good understanding of UI/UX principles
Preferred Qualifications:
- Engineering Graduates/Post-Graduates from premier institutions
- Graduates from IIT, BITS, & NIT
