Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented finance professional to support our team in day-to-day operations.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in financial processes, including billing, reconciliation, bookkeeping, and general accounting.
This role offers a great opportunity for individuals pursuing a career in finance or accounting to gain practical skills in a dynamic environment.
- Prepare and generate client invoices
- Maintain accurate records of billing and payment transactions
- Support daily bookkeeping activities, including journal entries and ledger updates
- Reconcile bank statements, vendor payments, and client accounts
- Monitor accounts receivable and payable
- Maintain and update financial documentation and databases
- Assist with audits and monthly closing procedures
- Evaluate compliance with financial policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Pursuing or recently completed B.Com / M.Com / BBA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Familiarity with MS Excel, Tally, or any accounting software is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Eagerness to learn and take initiative
