AI Application Engineer Role

We are seeking an experienced AI Application Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in artificial intelligence and machine learning, as well as excellent problem-solving skills.

The AI Application Engineer will be responsible for configuring and managing data privacy controls to prevent the training of AI models on sensitive data and enforce zero-retention policies. They will also deliver comprehensive audit logs, compliance reporting, and monitoring for OpenAI usage to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.

In addition, the engineer will implement robust guardrails and moderation tools, including fine-tuned safety layers, to enhance the security and reliability of AI applications. They will track and analyze model performance and usage metrics, producing regular reports for leadership to inform strategic decisions.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, and at least 5 years of experience in AI applications engineering or a related role. They should have demonstrated proficiency in AI tools, particularly Google Gemini, OpenAI, and Anthropic, and a strong understanding of data privacy controls and compliance requirements.
