As a Visual Communications Specialist, you will create innovative and impactful graphics, illustrations, and layouts for both digital and print media.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design & Creativity: Develop high-quality designs utilizing industry-standard software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and CorelDRAW. Apply knowledge of Figma to create user interface (UI) designs, wireframes, and interactive prototypes, and After Effects to produce simple animations and motion graphics.
  • Brand Development & Consistency: Ensure all design work adheres to established brand guidelines, delivering consistent and cohesive visual identities across multiple channels and platforms.
  • Creative Concepts & Innovation: Contribute to brainstorming sessions and offer innovative ideas that align with the brand's goals, audience, and market trends.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple design projects from concept to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and design quality is maintained.

To succeed in this role, you should have 1-2 years of professional graphic design experience and a diverse portfolio demonstrating expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, CorelDRAW, and familiarity with Figma and After Effects.

You will work closely with marketing, product, and development teams to understand project objectives and translate them into compelling visual solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 1-2 years of professional graphic design experience.
  • Design Tools Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Creative Vision: Strong understanding of design principles such as typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
  • Attention to Detail: High attention to detail with a focus on quality and precision in all design elements.
  • Collaborative Mindset: Ability to work well in a team environment.
