Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Assistant Manager Finance to oversee and manage key financial operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring timely reconciliation of accounts, and preparing financial reports for the board. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accounts Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensure timely reconciliation of accounts, and handle the accounting cycle.
  • Invoicing and Collections: Raise invoices for customers and follow up on payments, manage accounts receivable (AR) and payable (AP) efficiently.
  • Statutory Compliance: Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, PT, ESI, GST, and TDS, ensure timely filing of returns and regulatory submissions.
  • Financial Reporting and MIS: Prepare financial reports, MIS, and other formats as required for board meetings, analyze financial data to identify trends and suggest strategic solutions.
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Provide insights to improve financial performance and support budgeting and forecasting, collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage and analyze financial data.
  • Audit and Internal Control: Assist in financial audits and implement internal controls to ensure regulatory compliance, ensure the integrity of financial records.
Qualification and Skills

Qualified CA or CA Inter with relevant financial experience (04 years). Strong analytical skills to identify financial trends and propose strategic improvements, proficiency in accounting software and MS Office especially Excel, excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams, strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
