Financial Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team. As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating financial records, including general ledgers, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations. You will also ensure accurate and timely data entry for all financial transactions. Additionally, you will prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.

Tax Filings:

• Prepare and file all statutory tax returns, including Income Tax, GST, and other applicable taxes.
• Ensure timely payment of all taxes and compliance with tax laws and regulations.
• Liaise with tax authorities and manage any tax-related inquiries or disputes.

Payroll Services:

• Oversee the processing of payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements.
• Manage employee benefits, deductions, and other payroll-related transactions.
• Prepare payroll reports and ensure timely disbursement of salaries.

Financial Analysis & Reporting:

• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings or revenue enhancement.
• Prepare and present financial reports to management, highlighting key insights and recommendations.

Client & Stakeholder Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Provide financial advice and guidance to clients as needed.
