Job Title: Social Media Manager – Viral Content

Role Overview:

Your key responsibility is to analyze TikTok patterns, distill them into repeatable formats, onboard and deploy user-generated content creators globally, run production and posting end-to-end, and continuously iterate until installs and revenue increase.

Viral content engineering is a science that requires understanding its mechanics. We are looking for an experienced professional who can drive successful outcomes for our clients by analyzing algorithm dynamics, developing strategic approaches, and implementing effective content creation plans.

Responsibilities:

We have developed playbooks to execute predictable viral campaigns. Your tasks will include:

  • Understanding the playbook.
  • Implementing these projects by:
    • Crafting the strategy.
    • Onboarding and training UGC creators.
    • Identifying viral formats and hooks.
    • Producing content across multiple creators/accounts.
    • Managing creators and driving outcomes (viral videos & conversions).
    • Preparing and sending regular reports.

Requirements:

  • You have experience scaling IG/TikTok accounts yourself.
  • You have created viral content (1M+ views).
  • You are familiar with Gen Z trends and culture.

Preferred Skills:

  • Likely systems: Clickup, Notion, Google Sheets.
  • Content creation experience: built content pages or worked on high-performance short-form teams.
  • Editing skills: capcut, VN, Inshorts.
