We're looking for a skilled bot developer to join our team.

Job Description:

As an early-stage startup, we're building AI-driven digital products that combine large language models with scalable solutions. Our goal is to increase product visibility, user engagement, and drive high ROI on social media platforms.

The ideal candidate has previous technical experience, a well-composed GitHub profile or personal portfolio, and can demonstrate their skills in bot development upon request.

  • Design and deploy LLM-powered bots for tasks such as auto-reply systems, content summarizers, and viral thread generators.
  • Integrate RAG pipelines with vector DBs like Pinecone and Weaviate.
  • Fine-tune or open-source LLMs for bot-specific tasks such as persona mimicry and NSFW filtering.
  • Optimize cost/latency by applying model quantization, caching, and hybrid rule-based + AI logic.
  • Implement stealth measures like human-like delays, randomized phrasing, and proxy rotation.

We use a range of technologies including Python, OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, AWS Lambda, FastAPI, Docker, Redis, Vector DBs, PostgreSQL, Firebase, and Next.js/Streamlit.

Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience building Python bots and integrating LLMs.
  • Understanding of detection tactics and scalability vs. cost tradeoffs.
  • Ability to work in a flat hierarchy with direct impact on technical decisions.
  • Desire to learn and contribute to cutting-edge AI projects.
