AEM Forms Lead

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled AEM Forms Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of AEM Forms developers, providing technical guidance and mentorship.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience as an AEM Forms Developer or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of AEM architecture and components.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of AEM Forms developers, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of AEM Forms projects, ensuring they meet client requirements and deadlines.
  • Design, develop, and implement solutions using Adobe Experience Manager Forms.
  • Ensure best practices in AEM Forms development.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers, UX/UI designers, and project managers, to deliver high-quality digital solutions.
  • Integrate AEM Forms with other platforms and technologies to ensure seamless functionality and user experience.
  • Optimize the performance and scalability of AEM Forms solutions.
  • Identify and resolve issues related to AEM Forms applications to ensure smooth operation.
  • Stay updated with the latest AEM technologies and best practices, and apply them to improve internal development methodologies.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an AEM Forms Developer or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of AEM architecture and components.
  • Proficiency in Java, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs.
  • Experience with Git and Agile methodology.
  • AEM certification is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong communication and teamwork abilities.
