Job Title: Digital Solutions Architect

This is a key leadership role responsible for designing and delivering technology architecture for various platforms, products or projects. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to define solutions that meet performance, capability and scalability needs.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Expected to be an SME (Subject Matter Expert)
  • Collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively
  • Responsible for making key team decisions
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions
  • Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve system performance

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical
  • Strong understanding of system architecture and design principles
  • Experience in integrating Microsoft Dynamics CRM with other platforms
  • Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
  • Minimum 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of technology architecture and a proven track record of delivering solutions that meet business needs.
