NetScaler System Engineer

Our team seeks a NetScaler System Engineer to design, implement and manage high-performance load balancing solutions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement highly available and scalable load balancing solutions using NetScaler technology.
  • Configure and manage NetScaler appliances to ensure optimal performance and security.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of NetScaler features and functionality, including application delivery controller (ADC) and network traffic management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate NetScaler solutions with existing infrastructure and applications.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues and resolve problems in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest NetScaler technologies and industry trends to continuously improve our services.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience designing, implementing and managing load balancing solutions using NetScaler technology.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions that meet business needs and goals.
  • Strong understanding of networking protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and HTTP/HTTPS.
  • Knowledge of security best practices and compliance regulations, such as PCI-DSS and HIPAA.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
