Job Title: Project Manager I, Support Ops

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee end-to-end project delivery across multiple initiatives. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical groups.

Job Description:

The day-to-day responsibilities of this role include:

  • Managing project delivery across multiple initiatives, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Preparing detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, and resource allocations, and monitoring against progress.
  • Gathering and documenting requirements from client services and business stakeholders to ensure clarity for technology teams.
  • Serving as the central point of communication between departments, facilitating effective collaboration across Client Services, Technology, Operations, and other business units.
  • Proactively identifying risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating when appropriate to maintain project momentum.
  • Ensuring clear and timely status reporting to stakeholders, translating technical updates into business-friendly language.
  • Leading project meetings with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment on goals, responsibilities, and deadlines.
  • Tracking and managing changes in scope, adjusting plans and communicating impacts appropriately.
  • Supporting the Senior Project Manager in maintaining and improving project management standards, templates, and methodologies.
  • Fostering a culture of accountability and follow-through, ensuring project commitments are met and client expectations are managed effectively.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 5+ years of project management experience in technology, professional services, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong skills in building and maintaining in-depth project plans.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, able to work effectively across technical and non-technical groups.
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional project meetings and driving consensus.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a focus on results.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, JIRA, MS Project, or similar).
  • Certifications such as PMP, Prince2, or Agile are a plus, but not required.
