As a seasoned Lead Creative Director, we seek an individual with 5-7 years of experience to lead our creative team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of conceptualizing and executing high-profile campaigns, fostering collaboration across departments, and driving results-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Development: Foster a high-performing team through guidance, coaching, and regular feedback, ensuring seamless collaboration and idea generation.
- Conceptualization & Execution: Oversee the visualization, conceptualization, execution, and direction of projects to deliver exceptional solutions, aligning with business goals and objectives.
- Quality Control: Review copy for assets (Print, TVC, Radio, mailers, banners, websites) to ensure correct language and adherence to brand guidelines, maintaining consistency and quality.
- Project Management: Actively participate in new business pitches and manage projects to successful completion, ensuring timely delivery and collaboration across functions.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating creative potential, writing capabilities, and analytical skills, showcasing innovative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Creative thinking, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills, enabling effective collaboration and stakeholder management.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and deadlines, prioritizing tasks and maintaining focus on key objectives.
