Job Title: Visionary Creative Designer

We are seeking a talented Creative Designer & Video Editor to bring brand stories to life through impactful design and engaging video content.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with direct-to-consumer (DTC) and technology brands, possessing a keen eye for aesthetics, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to adapt creativity to different platforms and formats.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Creative Design:
    • Develop digital creatives, ad campaigns, social media assets, website banners, and email marketing designs aligned with brand guidelines.
    • Conceptualize and execute brand communication for campaigns, product launches, and storytelling.
    • Create static and motion graphics that resonate with modern DTC and tech audiences.
  • Video Editing:
    • Edit and produce high-quality short-form and long-form videos for social media, campaigns, and brand storytelling.
    • Repurpose long-form content into engaging snackable content across platforms.
    • Work with AI video editing tools to speed up production and experiment with new formats.
    • Ensure videos are optimized for performance.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the marketing, growth, and product teams to deliver creatives that drive performance and engagement.
    • Understand campaign briefs, contribute ideas, and proactively recommend creative strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 4 years of professional experience in creative design and video editing.
  • A proven portfolio of work with DTC and Tech brands.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • A strong sense of visual storytelling, typography, color, and layout.
  • Familiarity with AI-based video and creative tools.
  • An ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • A strong attention to detail and passion for delivering high-quality output.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Motion graphics/animation skills.
  • Experience in lifestyle/fashion/tech brand storytelling.
  • An understanding of performance marketing creatives and A/B testing.
