Career Placement Facilitator

The Placement Coordinator will work closely with students, faculty members, and industry partners to facilitate successful placements. This role requires effective communication, organizational skills, and a deep understanding of the placement process.
Key Responsibilities:- Determine employment interests of students and liaise with corporate entities to provide suitable opportunities.
- Represent the School at various professional and career planning forums to promote its reputation and services.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of student information and placement opportunities to ensure seamless coordination.
- Coordinate all aspects of placements, including arranging campus interviews, preparing brochures, and facilitating lateral and final placements.
- Develop strong industry interfaces through regular visits and collaborations to enhance training programs, CEO series, and corporate projects.
- Bachelor's Degree from any statutory University.
- 5-7 years' experience in coordination, handling, organizing & conducting activities related to the profile, and knowledge in the relevant field.
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
- Prior experience from education institutions/sector and service sector is highly preferred.
