About Us: We are a digital marketing agency with expertise in innovative and creative strategies to build industry presence for our clients. Our team creates strong brand identities through diverse marketing solutions.

Location: Our office is located in Udyog Vihar, Gurugram.

Working Model: Our working model allows employees to work from the office while having flexibility of 2-3 WFH days per month.

Working Days: We follow Monday to Friday schedule with alternate Saturdays.

Timings: Our flexible timings range from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM to 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM.

Experience: We are looking for a Visual Content Developer who has 1-5 years of experience in graphic design, visual communication or creative direction. Video editing & motion graphics skills are a plus.

Role Overview:

  • Develop high-quality visuals for our clients across multiple brands.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, typography, and visual styles.
  • Ensure all designs align with client's identity and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and create engaging content for digital and print campaigns.
  • Work on animations and motion graphics to enhance campaign impact.
  • Maintain quality standards and deliver projects within timelines.

Collaboration & Feedback:

  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure smooth execution of design strategies.
  • Incorporate feedback from social media teams and clients promptly.
  • Mentor and guide junior designers/interns when required.

Execution & Delivery:

  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
  • Ensure timely delivery of creative assets across campaigns.
  • Stay updated on design software, tools, and emerging creative formats.

What You'll Bring:

  • Fluency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (must).
  • Working knowledge of Premiere Pro and After Effects.
  • Skills in motion graphics and animation.
  • Creative mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of Canva (basic).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and multitasking ability.
  • Socially active and trend-savvy with strong visual communication skills.
  • Team collaboration and time management skills.
  • Must have own laptop.
