About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and meticulous Visual Content Specialist to join our growing team of creative professionals. As our in-house Visual Content Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of our content portfolio.

You'll bring a deep understanding of color theory, lighting, and cinematography to enhance mood, tone, and brand consistency. Your role is crucial in ensuring every frame we release meets the highest standards of visual excellence, elevating the viewer's experience and reinforcing our brand's visual distinction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform color correction and grading on footage shot in various formats, delivering high-quality, visually consistent results across different platforms
  • Develop and maintain a cohesive color palette that aligns with each project's narrative, mood, and branding
  • Create custom LUTs and grading templates for consistent use across recurring content formats
  • Ensure accurate skin tones, balanced highlights and shadows, and depth that enhances storytelling

Technical Skills & Qualifications:

  • Expertise in DaVinci Resolve Studio (primary), with familiarity in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or other NLEs an added advantage
  • Proficiency in color-managed workflows, ACES, and HDR grading is a plus
  • Deep understanding of color spaces, LUTs, scopes (waveform, vector, parade), and color calibration
  • Experience working with footage from Sony FX series, Canon Cinema, Blackmagic, and RED cameras
