Learning Experience Designer

You'll play a key role in shaping the learning journey for our employees.

As a Learning Experience Designer, you'll be responsible for the end-to-end management of our learning programs.

This is a hands-on role that requires both creativity and analytical skills to measure impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business leaders and HR Business Partners to identify skill gaps and development needs.
  • Strengthen delivery capabilities across the organization through targeted learning interventions.
  • Design, develop, and update learning content using various modalities.
  • Plan, schedule, and execute training initiatives for a diverse workforce.
  • Own the strategy and execution of early-career programs for rapid onboarding and strong foundational skill-building.

Requirements:

  • Deep understanding of learning & development frameworks, instructional design models, adult learning principles, and leadership development practices.
  • Proficiency in using LMS platforms and digital learning tools.
  • Strong analytical skills to measure learning impact, interpret data, and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Education and Experience:

  • Post Graduate degree in Human Resources from a top-tier Business School.
  • Overall 4-6 years of post-MBA experience in IT services/product organizations.
