About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Retail Sales Representative to join our retail team in Hyderabad. This full-time position requires a minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 3 years of work experience. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, driving sales, and ensuring a satisfying shopping experience.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service:** Provide exceptional customer service by interacting with clients in a professional manner, addressing their needs, and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Sales Techniques:** Utilize strong sales techniques to drive revenue growth and close deals effectively, exceeding monthly targets and meeting sales goals.
  • Communication Skills:** Develop and maintain effective communication skills to interact with customers, colleagues, and suppliers through verbal and written means.
  • Product Knowledge:** Demonstrate thorough understanding of products being sold, enabling you to answer questions confidently, recommend solutions accurately, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Negotiation Skills:** Employ negotiation skills to collaborate with customers and suppliers, securing the best deals possible and achieving sales targets.
  • Retail Operations:** Maintain knowledge of day-to-day retail operations, including inventory management, cashiering, and stocking, ensuring efficient and organized store operations.
  • MERCHANDISING:** Showcase skills in displaying products in an appealing manner to attract customers, promote sales, and enhance visual merchandising standards.
  • Problem Solving:** Identify issues, develop creative solutions, and implement them efficiently to resolve customer complaints and concerns while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Additional Responsibilities:*

  • Assist customers in finding the required products, providing information on product features, and benefits.
  • Process transactions efficiently using the cash register and handle returns/exchanges when necessary.
  • Achieve sales targets through effective sales techniques, upselling, and cross-selling when appropriate.
  • Stay updated on current promotions, new products, and sales strategies to continuously improve sales skills.
  • Restock shelves, organize merchandise, and conduct regular inventory checks.
  • Resolve customer complaints professionally, focusing on complete customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet sales objectives and maintain a positive work environment.
