The role of the Finance Support Consultant is pivotal in ensuring the seamless functioning of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne systems for our global clientele. This involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to guarantee optimal application performance, proposing innovative solutions, and providing top-notch support.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering first and second-line support to customers, adhering to service level agreements.
  • Crafting functional solutions aligned with defined business requirements.
  • Liaising with the internal applications team/external suppliers to ensure timely delivery of application fixes and changes.
  • Implementing proactive problem management strategies to minimize the impact of incidents on customers' businesses.
  • Supporting junior consultants with functional expertise, contributing to team success by identifying process improvements.
  • Fostering effective relationships between Global Support teams and the Redfaire group.
  • Maintaining open communication regarding issue status and prioritization.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

A minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle JD Edwards E1 Finance, preferably in a support or implementation role. Domain expertise in core finance modules (GL, AR, AP) and familiarity with JD Edwards World Software are essential. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with a strong analytical approach to problem-solving, are necessary for success in this position.
