About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Digital Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers via phone and ticketing systems, providing technical support and troubleshooting services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and support via phone and ticketing systems.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues independently.
  • Working collaboratively with engineering teams for escalations.
  • Maintaining a strong focus on service excellence and customer-centric mindset.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a Technical Support role.
  • Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and other Layer 2/3 networking concepts.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field—or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • Self-starter and effective team player with ability to multi-task in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
  • Experience with DDI solutions.
  • Working knowledge of Linux/Unix or Microsoft Windows Server environments.
  • Exposure to network administration, system administration, or enterprise infrastructure support.
