Senior Software Systems Engineer

Job Overview:
This position requires a highly skilled Senior Software Systems Engineer to design, develop, and implement advanced software systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in control systems software development, customization, and integration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and test complex software systems, ensuring high quality and performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements, developing solutions that meet business needs
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers, promoting knowledge sharing and skills development
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices, applying them to enhance our software systems
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Electrical, or Computer) or Computer Science
- 7+ years of experience in control systems software development and customization
- Proficiency in multiple programming languages, including C++, Python, and Java
- Working knowledge of Honeywell control system products/software, such as Experion HMIWeb, Safety Builder, and Control Builder
- Experience with HMI programming software, like InTouch Wonderware, and PLC programming tools, including Invensys Tricon/Trident, Siemens S7, and Rockwell/Allen-Bradley ControlLogix
