Job Title: Senior Software Engineer - Java Backend Developer

About the Role:
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a key role in designing and developing industrial digital technologies that manage continuity of information across the engineering enterprise.

This includes defining, configuring, and deploying PLM and MES systems for design, industrialization, manufacturing, and supply chain management. You will also be responsible for managing manufacturing data and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and develop software applications using Java 8+ and J2EE technologies such as Spring and Spring Boot.
2. Collaborate with senior engineers to implement new technologies and improve existing ones.
3. Mentor junior team members and lead projects from start to finish.
4. Work closely with QA and DevOps teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.

Requirements:
1. 8-12 years of experience in software development with a strong background in Java and J2EE technologies.
2. Proficiency in Maven, GIT, Tomcat, JMS, Tibco, and Linux/Unix/Centos operating systems.
3. Experience with Hibernate and other ORM tools is a plus.
4. Strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies.
