Job Overview

A Technical Architect is required to lead the design, development and implementation of enterprise SharePoint solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the architecture and implementation of SharePoint Online and on-premises solutions.
  • Design hybrid SharePoint environments ensuring seamless integration with Microsoft 365.
  • Provide technical guidance on SharePoint best practices governance and security frameworks.
Solution Delivery & Development:
  • Manage the SharePoint product life cycle including project design issue resolution and deployment.
  • Lead analysis/requirements gathering design configuration implementation/testing and support of SharePoint solutions.
  • Develop custom SharePoint solutions using SharePoint Framework SPFx web parts and extensions.
Team Leadership & Management:
  • Prioritize assign and monitor application design and development tasks across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers and SharePoint administrators.
  • Promote SDLC conformance industry design standards and development principles.
Migration & Modernization:
  • Lead migration projects from legacy SharePoint versions to SharePoint Online/Microsoft 365.
  • Modernize existing SharePoint solutions and migrate to modern SharePoint experiences.
  • Plan and execute content migration strategies with minimal business disruption.
Governance & Compliance:
  • Establish and maintain SharePoint governance policies and procedures.
  • Implement security controls permissions management and compliance frameworks.
  • Monitor SharePoint performance usage analytics and system health.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field and 10-12+ years of experience in SharePoint development and administration.
