Define and maintain the enterprise architecture strategy and roadmap Partner with key stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions Ensure alignment with industry standards IT best practices and security frameworks Design and implement secure scalable and high-performing enterprise solutions Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend their adoption wherever beneficial Establish and enforce technical standards policies and best practices Provide architectural guidance to development teams ensuring optimal solution design Skills Experience Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field 15 years of experience in technology architecture with at least 5 years in an enterprise architect role Strong expertise in SAP ECC and SuccessFactors architecture data models and integrations Good understanding of Azure data integration using ADF or AppFabric Good understanding of visualization techniques using Power BI Proficiency in cloud computing microservices architecture and containerization Experience with enterprise integration technologies such as ESBs and API gateways Strong understanding of IT security best practices and hands-on experience designing secure solutions Experience working in agile environments with DevOps methodologies Excellent communication stakeholder management and problem-solving skills Ability
