AI Faculty Member

The role of an AI Faculty Member is a high-level position that requires expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Data Science. This individual will be responsible for delivering live online classes on core AI topics and designing lessons that are practical and application-focused.

Job Description:

This is a dynamic opportunity to join our team as we seek a passionate and experienced educator who can make complex AI concepts accessible and relevant to business contexts. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of technical depth and business application, with hands-on experience in tools such as Python, Jupyter Notebooks, TensorFlow or PyTorch, Tableau/Power BI, and Git.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging live online classes on core AI topics including Data Analytics & Visualization, Machine Learning & Deep Learning, Generative AI & Agentic AI Systems, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, AI Strategy & Business Use-Cases, AI Ethics & Responsible AI, AI in Digital Transformation, Data-Driven Decision Making.
  • Design and teach lessons that are practical, application-focused, and tailored to business relevance.
  • Incorporate real-world case studies and examples to demonstrate the integration of AI into various industries and functions.
  • Encourage active learning through discussions, hands-on activities, and project work.
  • Mentor learners, supporting them with project guidance, assignment feedback, and doubt-clearing sessions.
  • Collaborate with academic and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery and an excellent learner experience.
  • Stay current with AI trends, tools, and industry applications to bring the latest insights to your teaching.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in the AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science space.
  • 2+ years of experience teaching online, preferably to adult learners or business professionals.
  • Strong grasp of both technical depth and business application.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Python, Jupyter Notebooks, TensorFlow or PyTorch, Tableau/Power BI, and Git.
  • Understanding of AI's strategic role in automation, decision-making, and innovation across industries.
  • Genuine passion for teaching, mentoring, and creating meaningful learning experiences.
