Executive Leadership Role

As an accomplished executive, you will be responsible for overseeing a diverse portfolio of clients, prioritizing and managing multiple deadlines to ensure seamless delivery.

This position requires exceptional oral and written communication skills to effectively liaison with clients, stakeholders, statutory auditors, and other relevant parties.

You will have the ability to manage and lead a team, ensuring timely accounting and related compliances are met.

Able to handle, manage, and understand nuances of voluminous data, you will possess strong logical and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of clients and prioritize deadlines.
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies with clients and stakeholders.
  • Lead and manage a team to achieve timely accounting and related compliances.
  • Analyze and interpret financial data to inform business decisions.
  • Identify and resolve complex issues related to tax compliance and asset management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in executive leadership and client management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex financial data and develop strategic recommendations.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Knowledge of IGAAP and IndAS accounting standards.
