Operational Excellence Specialist

This strategic role is responsible for driving data-driven insights and reliable systems to enhance business performance.

  • Data Strategy – turning raw operational data into actionable insights for sales, staffing, and inventory.
  • System Support – ensuring smooth functioning of key systems across all outlets, troubleshooting issues, and training staff.

The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working closely with both operations and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis

- Collect, analyze, and interpret sales, inventory, and customer data from various sources.

- Prepare regular reports on store performance, online orders, and key performance indicators.

- Support decision-making by identifying trends, opportunities, and inefficiencies.

- Develop automated reporting dashboards for real-time visibility.

System Support

- Serve as the primary point of contact for all system-related issues in stores.

- Troubleshoot technical problems and coordinate with vendors for resolution.

- Train staff on system usage, updates, and best practices.

- Ensure system accuracy and uptime across multiple outlets.
