Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Business Intelligence Analyst.

The successful candidate will be responsible for participating in projects related to business requirements, ensuring timely completion of project activities, reviewing reports and datasets during UAT and UVT, documenting issues in the tracker and following up until closure, managing the generation and delivery of risk reports accurately and timely, preparing SAS datasets by extracting data from systems and collating manual files, reviewing data and obtaining comments or explanations for significant data movements, resolving queries on data, reports, and group definitions, executing changes, enhancements, and handling ad hoc requirements, ensuring quality processing and adherence to key controls and checks, and completing necessary trainings.

Requirements:

  • Post-graduation or graduation with relevant experience is required.
  • Technical certification in MS Office Advanced tools, SQL, Tableau, SAS, or Python is preferred.
  • Prior experience working with SAS/SQL is mandatory.
  • Experience in Wealth and Retail Banking/Credit Risk vertical with familiarity in MIS/Reporting is highly valued.

Skill Set:

  • Knowledge of Wealth and Retail Banking products across asset classes is essential.
  • Awareness of trading environment, macroeconomic fundamentals, market moves, and potential impact on exposures is necessary.
  • Excellent communication skills – verbal and written are required.
  • Ability to work under pressure and attention to detail are vital.
  • Global team collaboration and expertise in programming languages are desirable.
  • MS Excel, Access, Market and Credit Risk knowledge, documentation skills, and Group's businesses awareness are beneficial.
  • Team admin tasks, cost controller, project accountant role experience with SCB project management standards/tools would be advantageous.
  • Agile framework experience and significant Experience in major regulatory programs in Risk/Finance, Banking industry – BCBS, IMM, CVA etc. are valuable.
