Job Title: Junior Project Manager

As a key member of our project team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or related roles and possess strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  1. Project Coordination: Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking project progress.
  2. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain project documentation, prepare reports, and update stakeholders.
  3. Team Support: Work closely with team members to ensure tasks are completed on time.
  4. Communication: Act as a point of contact between project teams, clients, and stakeholders.
  5. Risk & Issue Management: Identify project risks and assist in resolving any issues.
  6. Budget & Resource Tracking: Monitor project costs and resources under supervision.
  7. Process Improvement: Suggest and implement process improvements for project efficiency.
  8. Tool & Software Usage: Utilize project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project) to track progress.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, IT, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, or project management software.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
