AI Game Builder Role

The role of AI Game Builder is a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and create innovative games.

This position involves working with our proprietary AI tool-chain to generate, iterate, and judge new games daily. As an AI Game Builder, you will wear two hats: half designer and half critic. You will build games, review your own and other engineers' work, and provide actionable feedback for improvement.

Main Responsibilities
  • Rapid Game Development: Design and develop engaging games using internal builders.
  • Self-Assessment & Feedback: Critique and score your own game creations, providing detailed notes on areas of improvement.
  • Peer Review: Analyze and rank fellow engineers' game development skills, offering constructive feedback to enhance overall performance.
  • Gameplay Optimization: Identify winning patterns and distill them into reusable templates and documentation.
  • Quality Assurance: Track engagement metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to increase user retention.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Hands-on experience with Generative AI technologies (ChatGPT, DALL-E/Midjourney, LLM chains).
  • A keen understanding of what makes games enjoyable and the ability to articulate why something's engaging.
  • Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • The ability to prioritize ideas and focus on high-impact projects.
  • Bonus: basic proficiency in coding languages (JS/Lua/React), marketing principles, or data analysis would be advantageous.
