Senior Leadership Role in Financial Crimes Division Operations

The Global Financial Crimes Division is seeking a senior leadership professional to lead the Operations Intelligence & Analytics capabilities. This position will oversee the development and execution of test cases, scripts, and business rules to improve Transaction Monitoring analytics and CRR performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide strategic direction and leadership to a team of analysts and specialists.
  2. Oversee threshold tuning, rules optimization, and filter platform enhancements.
  3. Guide the creation and execution of test cases and scripts for system changes and releases.
  4. Supervise the development of tailored business rules to reduce false positives and improve operational efficiency.
  5. Lead periodic assessments of screening algorithms and rules to identify and mitigate AML risks.
  6. Ensure the production of meaningful reports and dashboards for senior management using tools like Power BI and Tableau.
  7. Direct the design and execution of ATL/BTL sampling and statistical testing to validate model effectiveness.
  8. Coordinate with Americas teams to implement and maintain a globally consistent model.
  9. Collaborate across GFCD functions to ensure clearly defined roles, responsibilities, and seamless operations.

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in Statistics, Data Science, or related field preferred.
  • 15+ years of experience in BSA/AML model design, testing, tuning, or validation.
