Key Requirements:
- Education: CA/MBA (Finance)/CMA or equivalent qualification.
- Experience: 7 to 10 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and taxation.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in handling audits and corporate finance, knowledge of GST, Income Tax, and other statutory regulations.
