Job Description

The ERP Senior Analyst: Order to Cash is a key member of our ERP Application Capability Centre, responsible for delivering projects and changes in the areas of SAP SD and SAP TPM. This role requires a deep understanding of the entire O2C process, with extensive experience in implementing and optimizing these processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and improve the end-to-end order management process to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Manage high-impact O2C related projects from initiation to completion.
  • Implement and configure ERP system (SAP) to support O2C processes.
  • Collaborate with Business Stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
  • Translate business requirements into specific technical solutions to support configuration and custom development where required.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives and drive business value.
  • Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date process documentation.
  • Represent and explain any proposed Tech solutions in various governance forums.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in SAP consulting with deep expertise in SAP SD and TPM modules.
  • Experience in configuring and deploying complex SAP Order to Cash Projects.
  • Proven ability to engage with business process owners to understand business needs and priorities.
  • Ability to independently solve problems and work collaboratively with other product owners, solution architects, and domain experts.
  • Certifications in SAP Order to Cash in SAP ECC 6.0 and/or SAP S/4 HANA, SAP TPM.
  • Experience with SAP Solution Manager, Charm, and ALM.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Ability to communicate on deep technical terminology as well as business level and to translate between them.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage and address issues in delivery of projects in scope to ensure delivery meets time with quality criteria.
  • Capable of working effectively in large, complex cross-functional teams, capable of building relationships across different stakeholders and functional groups.
