Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Subsea Production Engineering Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the management of a cross-functional team of engineers and lead them in achieving executional and strategic goals.

The successful candidate will be responsible for engineering execution, resource utilization, team development, and the development of engineering initiatives, associated budgets, and supporting resource plans.

This is a leadership position that requires frequent use of relevant industry knowledge/experience, with a specific focus on subsea production equipment and associated manufacturing processes.

The ideal candidate will manage various engineering disciplines and have up to 30 direct reports, comprising of engineering professionals of various experience and skill sets.

You will build strong working relationships with peers and engineering teams around the globe, ensuring the team is well-represented in discussions and decisions. Additionally, you will develop strong working relationships with customers (internal & external), conduct productive meetings, deliver results that are technically and economically viable, and meet market needs and expectations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience and knowledge of subsea production system equipment design, manufacturing, construction, commissioning, and life of field
  • Experience managing new product development, product life cycle management, or project/applications engineering focused teams
  • Knowledge of design, manufacturing, inspection, auditing, calibration, data analysis techniques, and quality cost principles
  • Knowledge and experience with various API, ASME, ISO, NORSOK, ANSI codes and standards
