Senior Network Architect

The role of Senior Network Architect is pivotal in driving the success of our organisation's digital infrastructure. We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to oversee the configuration, maintenance, and support of network devices.

This position involves a range of responsibilities, including deploying and managing security devices, overseeing network upgrades and patches, maintaining technical documentation, and ensuring high uptime of the network environment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot complex issues, deploy SDWAN across territories, maintain configuration, troubleshoot of SDWAN.
  • Coordinate and execute upgrades, patches, and new installations in collaboration with IT infrastructure teams.
  • Maintain Technical documentation, triage critical incidents, troubleshoot issues and resolve, maintain SLAs, Critical event support.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience in configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting network devices such as Core & Spine switch, routers, VPN gateways, in Onprem and Cloud deployment such as Azure, OCI and IBM.

You will also need to have proficiency in managing network hardware such as routers, switches, wireless controllers, and load balancers, as well as 5+ years of hands-on experience deploying, configuring and managing security devices such as firewalls in On-prem and cloud deployments.
