The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth and profitability at the branch.
- Key Responsibilities
- To achieve sales targets for the branch and build teams aligned with company objectives.
- To focus on revenue and profitability through target achievement and yield management.
- Maximize branch profits by achieving targeted fee income and effective cost management.
- Acquire new Large trader clients directly and increase digital client base.
- Plan and execute local level initiatives to ensure business momentum and direction.
- Engage in new and innovative business planning activities locally to increase client acquisition and branch profitability.
- Monitor individual and team performance, and take steps to improve productivity and correct deviations if any.
Additional Responsibilities
- Transition existing and new clients to Mobile/Web/Exe platform to optimize dealer bandwidth.
- Increase dealer productivity by acquiring and servicing Large Traders and building temporary funding through HNI/Large Traders.
Cross Sell of Products:
- Ensure multi-product targets are attained at the branch.
- Regularly attend trainings to learn about alternate products offered and ensure all branch employees attend training and are aware of alternate products.
- Increase business through cross-selling initiatives and innovative product mixes.
- Use alternate products to activate inactive customers.
Branch Administration and Operations:
- Monitor and foster daily operations of the branch.
- Handle a team of Dealers/Relationship managers and Customer Service executives, and motivate them in target achievements.
- Ensure security of physical assets of the branch.
- Oversight adherence to risk compliance and statutory compliance policies.
Customer Management & Engagement:
- Plan and execute local area programs and referrals programs.
- Disseminate research-based advisory services to clients based on recommendations given by In-house Research team.
- Focus on retention of customers, higher revenue generation, and referral activities.
- Continuously scan local market penetration and competitive offerings, and report on emerging trends for different product lines.
- Implement and usage of Lead Management System (LMS) & IMS at the branch in coordination with HO team.
- Ensure proper implementation and usage of Lead Management System (LMS) & IMS at the branch in coordination with HO team.
- Ensure client records are up-to-date in terms of financial details and contact ability, and run data analytics on them periodically.
- Resolve client queries and grievances quickly to maximize satisfaction levels.
Effective Risk Management & Policy Adherence:
- Ensure adequate compliance to KYC norms, processes, and documentation for client profiling.
- Adhere to all regulatory compliances and critical policies set by HO.
