Job Title: Product Security Engineer II

We are seeking a seasoned security professional to join our team as a Product Security Engineer II.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring the secure and trustworthy delivery of our products and services. You will work closely with development teams to execute security review processes, manage exceptions, and coordinate cross-functional security program meetings.

This role requires strong organizational and coordination skills, as well as experience with security review processes and exception management. You should have a solid understanding of security frameworks and risk management principles, as well as knowledge of AI/ML project lifecycles and governance considerations.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively across technical and business teams. They should also have proficiency in tracking tools, documentation systems, and process management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end security sign-off processes across multiple product development streams.
  • Coordinate security review workflows, tracking timelines and ensuring SLA compliance.
  • Lead security exception management program including intake, assessment coordination, and approval tracking.
  • Facilitate cross-functional security program meetings and stakeholder communications.
  • Develop and maintain security program metrics, dashboards, and executive reporting.
  • Oversee security risk posture documentation and communicate risk trends to leadership and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • 4-8 years experience in program/project coordination, preferably in security or risk domains.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience with security review processes and exception management.
  • Knowledge of security frameworks and risk management principles.
  • Understanding of AI/ML project lifecycles and governance considerations.
  • Good communication skills with ability to work effectively across technical and business teams.
  • Proficiency in tracking tools, documentation systems, and process management.
