This is a mobile applications development opportunity where you will be responsible for developing high-quality apps using Flutter. You will work on ensuring the performance and scalability of these apps as well as adhering to best practices.

As an instructor, you will deliver sessions on Flutter app development to clients in Western countries. This includes understanding key concepts and best practices in Flutter development and helping customers grasp these ideas effectively.

You will also serve as a trainer and assist in training fellow team members as required, ensuring that all training sessions are of high quality and properly executed. Additionally, you will capture feedback from every session and student, updating the database and sharing it with senior management for review.

Experience in handling online delivery and meeting platforms such as Zoom and Google Meet, as well as proficiency in Google suite applications, is expected. You will work on projects requiring intensive teamwork and cross-departmental collaboration, contributing to the overall success of the team. Organizing and delivering sessions for students after onboarding and training is also part of your responsibilities.

You will collaborate with other instructors on group projects and support the effective delivery of training. Facilitating regular assessments of students and providing detailed feedback to customers to help improve learning outcomes is crucial.

A strong understanding of coding (Flutter or React Native) with hands-on experience in building mobile applications is necessary. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with international students and customers are also required. Familiarity with platforms like Zoom and Google Meet, as well as proficiency in Google suite applications, is essential.

You will be able to manage a calendar of sessions, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of training. The job location is remote, based in India, with shift timings of 4 AM - 1 PM IST.
