As a Flutter developer at a cutting-edge organization, you will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and build high-quality mobile applications using Flutter for iOS and Android platforms.
  • Ensure performance, scalability, and best practices in application development.
  • Deliver Flutter app development sessions to clients worldwide.
  • Help customers understand key concepts and best practices in Flutter development.
  • Serve as a trainer and assist in training fellow team members as required.
  • Capture feedback from every session and student, ensuring that it is updated in the database and shared with senior management for review.
  • Use of Online Platforms: Experienced in handling online delivery and meeting platforms like Zoom and Google Meet, and well-versed in using Google suite applications.

Maintain proper communication with students and parents to ensure excellent customer service. Collaborate with other instructors on group projects and support the effective delivery of training. Communicate with customers about their upcoming sessions, curriculum plans, and more. Facilitate regular assessments of students and provide detailed feedback to customers to help improve learning outcomes.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of coding (Flutter or React Native) with hands-on experience in building mobile applications. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with international students and customers are also essential. Familiarity with platforms like Zoom and Google Meet, as well as proficiency in Google suite applications, is necessary. The ability to maintain clear and professional communication with students, parents, and clients is crucial. Organizational skills, including managing a calendar of sessions, tracking progress, and ensuring timely delivery of training, are also required.
