Technical Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to lead our Product Implementation team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop project plans, maintain current and previous versions, and obtain client approval as needed.
  • Establish communication channels with clients and internal management/project teams for Symphony Implementation projects.
  • Analyze requirements with the team and devise solutions or seek assistance from management to meet project timelines.
  • Lead implementation entirely, close out on clients post-go-live, and provide support to handover teams.
  • Create Change Requests and strive for additional revenue opportunities where applicable.
  • Deliver client expectations within agreed project timelines and ensure objectives in Statements of Work (SOW) are achieved with exceptional quality.
  • Foster collaboration with supporting teams like PE, Support, Annuities, Rules, and Paralegal as needed.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery and seamless client support.
  • Maintain minimal functional bugs per implementation into Production.
  • Communicate with clients and management about discrepancies impacting project schedules.
  • Provide relevant data for project status and progress when requested.
  • Train self/team members on Implementation processes and client data validation.
  • Demonstrate hands-on experience in Project Management using tools, estimation, planning, costing, timesheet maintenance, proposals, RFPs, etc.
  • Excellent understanding of design/solution processes is an added advantage.
  • Demonstrate hands-on experience handling fixed-price projects, restricting scope creep, and resource wastage.
