Job Description:

As a Scrum Master and Business Analyst, you will play a key role in driving business value through agile project management and data warehousing expertise.

Key Responsibilities:Scrum Master Duties:
  • Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  • Coach the team on Agile/Scrum best practices and principles.
  • Remove impediments and foster a collaborative, self-organizing team environment.
  • Track and communicate team metrics such as velocity, burndown, etc. to stakeholders.
  • Work closely with Team, Business, and Stakeholders to ensure a well-groomed and prioritized backlog.
Business Analyst Duties:
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for data warehouse and data services projects.
  • Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Work with data architects, engineers, and QA to ensure requirements are understood and delivered accurately.
  • Develop process flows, data mappings, and other documentation as needed.
  • Support data quality initiatives and help define data governance standards.
  • Assist in user acceptance testing and validation of data solutions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master in a technical environment.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in data warehousing, data analytics, or data services.
  • Strong understanding of data warehouse concepts, ETL processes, and data modeling.
  • Experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Confluence.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Optional but good to have - Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).
  • Experience with SQL and data analysis tools is a plus.
