We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team. As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing complex business problems using data from internal and external sources.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze complex business problems using data from internal and external sources
  • Define metrics that tie back to business performance and initiatives
  • Identify and interpret trends and patterns to attribute key business drivers
  • Directly produce datasets and reports for analysis using databases and reporting tools, mapping to business requirements
  • Provide actionable insights to decision-makers to influence strategy and performance
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 4-10 years of experience in data analysis
  • Intermediate level proficiency with SQL, specifically well-versed with analytical features
  • Experience with Big Data/Analytics platforms/languages, Hive/Spark and Python/R
  • Experience with Power BI or Tableau or other Business Intelligence platforms to develop reports and dashboards
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill complex subjects to a wider audience, technical and non-technical
  • Hands-on to get things done fast and ability to work without continual guidance
  • Excellent time management skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritize work
