We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Lead to oversee the quality standards and best practices across our software development lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation, software development, and a proven track record of leading QA teams.

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining quality standards, designing test automation strategies, and establishing processes across Web, Mobile, Backend, and Infrastructure platforms.

A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills is required to work cross-functionally with product and development teams to integrate quality into every stage of development.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor the QA team, defining quality standards and best practices
  • Design and implement test automation strategies for regression and performance testing
  • Establish and maintain QA processes across Web (React), Mobile (Flutter), Backend (Elixir/NodeJS), and Infrastructure (Kubernetes)
  • Collaborate with product and development teams to integrate quality into every stage of development
  • Drive continuous improvement in testing methodologies and processes
  • Manage test environments and coordinate testing activities across platforms
  • Create and maintain detailed test documentation and reporting

Requirements:

  • MSc/BSc in a STEM field or equivalent professional experience
  • 5+ years in QA, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Hands-on experience with automation tools: Playwright, Selenium, BrowserStack
  • Strong programming skills in Python and TypeScript
  • Experience testing Web (React), Mobile (Flutter), and Backend (Elixir/NodeJS)
  • Performance testing experience (JMeter, K6, or similar)
  • Solid understanding of Git, CI/CD pipelines, API testing, and database testing
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
  • Experience working in startups and remote teams
  • Self-driven, organized, and proactive
