Job Opportunity: QA Specialist

We seek an experienced and meticulous QA specialist with a proven track record in manual and functional testing. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in regression, smoke, and sanity testing, along with proficiency in SQL and excellent communication skills.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing test cases for functional, regression, smoke, and sanity testing.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and timely delivery.
  • Conducting thorough manual testing of web and backend applications.
  • Writing and executing SQL queries for data validation and backend testing.
  • Identifying, documenting, and tracking bugs using standard bug tracking tools.
  • Participating in requirement analysis and providing QA insights during planning.

Required Skills:

  • 3–6 years of experience in Manual and Functional QA.
  • Strong understanding of Regression, Smoke, and Sanity testing techniques.
  • Proficiency in SQL for backend validation.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Good to Have:

  • Experience in Mortgage, Finance, or Banking domains.
  • Knowledge of IBMi systems.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
