Key Qualifications
  • Strong system design and architecture skills with expertise in functional or object-oriented programming principles and clean coding practices
  • Experience with backend technologies such as Elixir, Java, Python, Golang, Node.js, or Ruby, with a willingness to upskill and adapt to new technologies
  • Proficiency in database management with PostgreSQL, MySQL, MariaDB, or other RDBMS systems, including strong SQL and performance tuning skills
  • Familiarity with cloud-based platforms, DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes, and product development methodologies such as Agile
  • Excellent design skills in defining API data contracts, microservices, and concurrency concepts, as well as user interface development using modern web frameworks like React
Responsibilities
  • Lead a team with a hands-on approach, overseeing the development and implementation of cutting-edge identity solutions
  • Conduct design and code reviews, creating design artifacts for implementation, and developing cloud-native applications on GCP/AWS
  • Develop 'zero-defect software' and test cases alongside implementation, and conduct root cause analysis of support tickets raised by clients
  • Interact frequently with customers to understand their challenges and bring customer insights to the team, while working closely with the product team and other business teams to determine business priorities
