Accreditation Officer Lead Job DescriptionJob Overview:Globsyn Business School seeks a highly skilled professional to lead our accreditation efforts and ensure compliance with relevant standards.The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accreditation processes policies and procedures as well as excellent analytical communication and project management skills.About the Role:
  • Develop Accreditation Strategies: Formulate strategies for obtaining and maintaining accreditation from bodies such as AICTE NBA NAAC NIRF AACSB etc.
  • Ensure Compliance: Verify that business school programs and operations adhere to standards set by accrediting agencies staying current with changes in accreditation criteria and standards.
  • Compile Reports: Gather and write detailed self-assessment reports annual updates and other documentation required by accrediting agencies organizing and maintaining records of all accreditation-related documents and evidence.
  • Collaborate and Communicate: Serve as point of contact between business school and accrediting agencies working with faculty staff and administration to ensure compliance and gather necessary data.
  • Quality Improvement: Oversee internal reviews and assessments to identify areas for improvement in terms of accreditation rating ranking related to AICTE NBA NIRF etc. helping implement and monitor changes based on feedback from accreditation reviews.
  • Provide Training: Offer training on accreditation requirements processes and best practices assisting academic departments in preparing for accreditation reviews and addressing any compliance issues.

  • Ability to develop and implement effective accreditation strategies.
