Job Title: Reliability Infrastructure Specialist

Role Overview:

We are seeking an expert in reliability infrastructure to design, build, and operate production services that meet scalability requirements. The successful candidate will collaborate with development teams to maintain highly available services.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and manage reliable and scalable production infrastructure using IaC tools such as Terraform and Crossplane.
  • Define and implement Service Level Indicators (SLIs) and Service Level Objectives (SLOs) to measure service performance.
  • Lead incident management, root cause analysis, and postmortems to identify areas for improvement.
  • Automate infrastructure and operations using CI/CD workflows and monitoring tools like Prometheus and Grafana.
  • Collaborate with developers and platform engineers to implement best practices and enhance observability.
  • Provide technical leadership in reliability strategies and promote SRE best practices.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineering.
  • Strong coding skills in Go, Python, Java, Rust, or similar languages.
  • Experience with Kubernetes in production environments.
  • Expertise in IaC tools like Terraform and Crossplane.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like ArgoCD and GitHub Actions.
  • Experience with monitoring and observability tools like Prometheus and Grafana.
  • Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience promoting SRE best practices.
  • Deep understanding of microservices architecture.
  • Proficiency in Go, Python, or Bash scripting.
  • Contributions to Cloud Native Computing Foundation (CNCF) or open-source projects.
