A typical day for a Cloud Infrastructure Specialist involves:

  • Serving as an expert for Windows endpoint management capabilities.
  • Providing production support for Windows endpoint management in a geographically distributed environment.
  • Acting as a point of escalation for all aspects of device lifecycle management (enrollment, configuration, protection, retirement).

Key tools and applications include:

  • Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM)
  • Microsoft PowerShell

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • 3+ years of relevant Enterprise Mobility Management experience.
  • Strong knowledge in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM) and Device Lifecycle Management.
